Jail Information The Vigo County Jail is operated under the leadership of Captain Charley Funk, and Lieutenant Casey Lee. Captain Funk and Lt. Lee are assisted by other administrative personnel and over 70 correctional officers. The new Vigo County Jail was opened in 2022 with an inmate capacity of over 400 inmates.
